Clear guidelines for requesting refunds on vyntheroqalis's activity-based budgeting courses and services

Eligibility Requirements

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to all vyntheroqalis courses, workshops, and consulting services related to activity-based budgeting methodologies. We understand that sometimes our programs might not align perfectly with your current needs or expectations.

To qualify for a full refund, you must have completed less than 25% of the course material or attended fewer than two scheduled sessions. For our intensive workshops and masterclasses, refund eligibility requires notification at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Corporate training packages follow different guidelines and require direct consultation with our team.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation via email with transaction details.

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to process the credit. PayPal refunds are usually instant once we initiate the transaction. Bank transfers and wire payments may require 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution's processing procedures.

For international payments, additional processing time may be required due to currency conversion and international banking protocols. We recommend contacting your bank directly if you don't see the refund reflected after the stated timeframe. All refunds are issued in Australian dollars and converted at the exchange rate applicable on the refund processing date.

Certain services are non-refundable, including personalized coaching sessions that have already been delivered, downloadable resources that have been accessed, and certification fees. Special Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. Medical emergencies, family circumstances, or significant changes in employment status may warrant special consideration even outside our standard refund window. Each case is reviewed individually, and we strive to find fair solutions that work for everyone involved.

Technical issues preventing access to course materials are addressed promptly and don't count against your refund eligibility timeline. We maintain detailed access logs to ensure accurate assessment of your course participation. For group enrollments, partial refunds may be available for unused portions of the training program.
